Step 1 : Download   Droid Cam Client for PC

Step 2 : Download Droid Cam app in Mobile there is two version available Paid and free you can take free version without any hasitaion.

Step 3: Connect your phone with you PC using USB or Wifi

            USB: for this you need First activate Developer mode , i will tell you this in my other Blog

            Wifi:  Connect your pc via Hotspot
